To complement our CrossFit class programming we have two programming bolt-ons. The Compete and Vastus Strong bolt-ons allow you to develop yourself, your weaknesses and have a programme which fits into your life and your goals.

Vastus Compete 

Programming Bolt On

What is it?

A bolt on providing 5 days of Compete programming per week. This programming falls in line with our class schedule but includes additional WODs, programming for all the major lifts (including Olympic lifts) and accessory work for those who want to take their CrossFit more seriously or incorporate more training into their day. 

Time requirement

You’ll need around 90 minutes to 2 hours each day to complete this programming but, because there is crossover with our class programming, you can take part in them too, giving you the best of both worlds.

Vastus Compete

Programming Bolt Ons

What is it?

Programming Bolt Ons providing additional strength training 2, 3 or 5 days per week.

 

It is ideal for those who want to build their strength and provides programming in all the major lifts.

Time requirement

You’ll need about an hour for each session.

Vastus is much more than CrossFit. It is a community with very welcoming coaches and members. The training programs are great and I really feel I am getting better every week.
